Lifeweaver Phi Ta Khon skin for Overwatch 2

This guy was a lot of fun to work on. As Overwatch 2's first Thai hero we needed to bring some culture to his skins. This is a representation of the Phi Ta Khon Ghost Festival. Lots of thanks to Ben Karr for an awesome concept to work from.
